This is the Hyperion - a futuristic streamlined, deep sea submarine. This ship was originally built as a 6 foot model to appear in a 'Super 8 'film made by me, some friends from school and my friend David Hicks and friends form school.I still really like the design. Despite the crude slab-sided shape it still feels elegant. The subtle silvery / grey surface detail was intended to resemble the scales of a fish.
